voice - deep and can be dark at times. he happens to have a very nice way of changing it so it seems welcoming, all in ways to get close to people. When he feels like being a smart ass, which is pretty much all the time, he carries his deep voice in a playful way.
movement/feel - almost calm and sly like a cat in some ways. when he wants to get to know you... he'll make his presence known so you notice him. He controls the power to make his movements inconspicuous or blunt at any given time.

history
history - Kolt's family has long lines of being part of cults and hate groups. Way down, most of his family was part of the Klu Klux Klan and many followed it until their deaths. Any some lines trace back to being in Nazi army. Most lines faded out, the people became more normal. Forgot their past and just moved on. No one thought about it until little Mister Kolt came into the world. His mother died when he was about eight. At the age of tweleve, his father commited suicide infront of him. Moving in with family, he became their worst nightmare. After years of them trying to deal with his hated words and threats they sent him to a consular. Which helped none, just made things worst. Being sent to a private school, he took came inches away from killing a teacher. Being sent back home, he was kicked out the house where he made a promise to get him back. Which he did. Everyone thinks its a house fire that killed them all. Living on the streets since he is sixteen years old, he knows how to get by with no problem at all. Quickly, he established his self and no one missed with him. No matter who you are to him, friend, family or anything close he won't think twice about hurting, torturing or killing him. Taking rule as a leader in a cult, no one really thinks twice at times about messing with him. At times, he comes off as an okay sweet guy. Seem like he wouldn't harm a fly, but in fact he would do so much harm. He could be your best friend and your worst nightmare all at once.
