God bless her The wind was whistling and sounding almost like little children screaming in joyful play. The only thing interrupting that joyful sound was when small animals cried out to get in contact with each other, and the footsteps making noise against the grainy path through the forest. All in all it all seemed deeply peaceful and in harmony and the nature made the girl on the path feel like she was 'one with the nature' and her surroundings. It could be compared with the poem from Staffeldt, she read under her stay in Denmark.. ''Indvielsen'' it's called in danish. Translated to English, it would be called 'inauguration'. The main point of the poem was, that the writer was ''kissed by the muse'' when he felt like he was in cohesion with everything around him, but he lost it and could not feel like that again before he died. She did not quite agree with the last part though. She liked coming in the forest and she got that feeling every single time... Though it was probably not as strong as the one in the poem. But it was also a poem introducing the Platonism . And poems were supposed to be very dramatic, right?
The girl was wearing something as simple as a pair of black jeans and a red tunic with her beloved red converse. The clothing would come as quite a surprise if you knew that she had been born and raised in a circus. You would thing someone like that would wear more imaginative clothes than the style many other 'normal' girls wore those days. Though she was dressed normal, Emi wasn't like that. She was actually somewhat a 'weirdo'. But even this little weirdo could charm the toughest guy with her pearly white smile and the big bambi-eyes in an undefined orange-ish brown color. So being a weirdo wasn't all bad!. She was humming joyfully as she made a few acrobatic moves on her way showing off to absolutely no one, but the little animals following her with big curious eyes... Or was it more than animals? She felt a bit like she was being observed and got back to her feet in a few moments. ”Hello? Anybody there?”
she called out with her soft feminine voice and took a few steps forward, while glancing around in the woods. The trees were standing closer to each other at this part and heavy bushes stood here and there, so getting a complete overview was basically impossible. She shrugged a little and kept moving. It was daytime and she had a hard time believing that a monster would jump out and kill her every second – metaphorically spoken of course. She never believed in monsters, nor would she ever. No, unlike peoples thought about performing artists in circus being totally superstitious and – sorry for the many times mentioned but also very framing word – weird, none from Emi's troupe had in fact believed in anything supernatural. Everything had an explanation and ghosts, Gods, devils, monsters, Santa Claus or the Easter bunny were simply non-existent! She laughed out shortly after and followed a path that wasn't quite as big and tread-down as the other. She was an explorer – or a curious child – and was all set on finding new exciting things to see and experience! - Both literally and metaphorically. Without worries in her soul, she kept walking without regret and did not look back. If she was not able to find anyone before, there surely wasn't going to be anybody now either, even though she would love meeting someone new! She had not yet talked to anybody of the residents of the city. A big pity for someone as social as Emi, but she was just going to have to try harder, she guessed! In her own thought and determination, she forgot to look where she put her feet, and therefore she slipped over a rock or something alike. She fell on the ground with a light 'thump'. So she sat there on the ground for a moment before just smiling. Oh, how clumsy! Even though she could get up in that moment, she continued sitting there, listening to the sound of birds chiming in choir and the leafs whistling gently. She shut her eyes to enjoy it completely, and didn't really notice the sound of someones footsteps first of. When she did, she opened her eyes and looked up. ”So I did hear somebody! Hi!” she greeted and tilted her head gently to the side, while throwing a huge white smile. [/blockquote]
Wherever she goes Tagged: Open! :D Notes: please, feel free to reply as the ''someone'' in the end :3

The more Mika stayed in her dorm room, the more she missed Luxford. A yawn passing by her lips, the lazy 22 year old laid in her bed, staring at the white popcorn ceiling above. Mika didn't exactly miss the school as much as she missed having her own room. Now that she is at Balston she is forced to share her living quarters with another person, which is just completely awful. It was times like these she kind of missed dear old dad paying her way to get the best things on campus. As she lay on her back, Mika could feel the gaws from the recently removed stitches on her back, which was a reminder that she didn't miss her father. At all. Regardless, Mika is an easy enough person to live with - just pick up after yourself and keep the room tidy. Mika's roommate, however could not seem to grasp that concept. It was aggravating really - she never had anyone in her dorm room before because of how messy she kept her area looking. Is it really that hard to put your trash in a pail and your dirty laundry in a basket? Mika just could not comprehend why this girl was so messy.
It didn't help that her roommate was almost intolerable to be around for more then ten minutes. Mika didn't judge people, you do what you have to do, right? Well not for her roommate. Her roommate hated Mika for several reasons : for one, she liked her weed. Mika would sooner punch her roommate in the face rather than take her seriously when she told her not to smoke in their room. It was just as much Mika's room as it was hers. It's not like Mika is bad about it either - she normally wont smoke if she is around (which, isn't often thank god), and even if she is there she will open a window and smoke out the window. It's not like she is going to get caught, Mika has persuasions in place. So as if that wasn't enough to drive her nuts this girl is a religious freak too. The thought of it made Mika roll her eyes. She tried to make her pray before she went to bed. really? Mika only had one one night stand in her dorm room, and that was a mistake she will NEVER make again. She had to hear about it for weeks later - Lust is a deadly sin Mika, you are going to burn in hell for what you did! Yeah.Right.Sure.
The thought of her roommate making Mika slightly agitated, she checked the clock. Her classes ended soon, which meant she was going to be back in the dorm with her other god fear friends within the next half hour. That was Mika's cue to get the hell out of there. Slowly getting on her feet, Mika grabbed her purse which had everything she was going to need. Weed, a lighter, cellphone, a book to read in case she gets bored. Mika decided that since it was such a wonderful day out she was going to go for a nature hike through the woods. It was one of her favorite things to do in this kind of situation, not to mention she needed to get out of the dorm. The only time she really did leave was for class or to get away from the roommate of hell. Mika accepted the fact that there wasn't going to be anyone in the woods, which was a nice thought. She could smoke a joint or two to her face.
It didn't take long for Mika to reach the woods. It wasn't that far from the school, but it did take about fifteen minutes for her to reach the edge. The forest looked as humble as ever, a few birds singing their songs an small creatures running across the forest floor. Mika rummaged through her bag, grabbing her pack of 'cigarettes' and a lighter. She entered the woos before she actually lit a joint, however because she didn't want to risk getting seen by anyone. Last thing she needs is an anonymous tip to the police that some girl was smoking marijuana in the woods. But once she was in deep enough Mika lit it up and took the sweet THC into her system. She took in a large hit, letting it fill her lungs before she exhale, watching the smoke dance up to the trees above her. Nature was awesome.
As Mika smoked and made her way through the woods, she heard a lot of different noises around her. Some of them sounded a little too big to be just a squirrel or a chipmunk, but Mika didn't think anything of it. Mika loved nature hikes while smoking. It was so relaxing and peaceful, the woods had a strange sense of calming peace to them that was only magnified by the effects of the weed. Her joint lasted for about ten minutes, which was good for one of that size. Before she finished, however she heard a rather large thump coming from the left of her. Curiosity taking over, Mika trotted through the thick trees only to find Emi laying on the ground. Mika took one more hit of her joint and tossed it before Emi could see, knowing she really didn't like it too much. Mika laughed "What are you doing down there love?" she questioned, walking over and extending a hand to help her up. "You know, I think I heard you too but I just thought it was an overweight squirrel - not that you're fat or anything," she said, hoping she didn't insult her.
"What are you doing out here by yourself huum?"

God bless her Emi was quite the weird girl in many ways. About that, there is no doubt at all. But what many people do not think about her is that she also is the most loving nice and outgoing person you could ever meet. She believes that it is because of her appearance. You'd think someone with piercings all over and few tattoos would be some hardassed impossibly cold bitch. But the fact is, that Emi is the opposite. You can describe Emi as warm, caring and completely adorable with her big bambi-eyes and white gorgeous smiles. She had made even the hardest and toughest guys trip and fall smiling by just being herself. You really have to be the biggest ass to not be infected with Emi's energy and mood.
The red haired 'circus-freak' still had a sore body and mind after getting up at 4 AM to work out before school, then a long school day with a lot of things to pick up on, so the fresh air was welcomed and blessed by God. Emi sure had fought with the physic-class she'd had. It was usually the science that bothered her really. It did not seem to like her all that much. - well, obviously it's Emi that didn't like the class but she was the hard-working type. She wanted to be better. Therefore she had put up a note on the bulletin board searching for a sparetime-teacher to help her out after school a few days a week. Now she could nothing but wait for someone calling her up on the phone and accepting the job. Obviously, Emi wasn't able to pay big for the help, but she had promised a humble amount of dollars a month for lessons. She figured that she would be able to get a job somewhere and earn it. She was thinking about doing some modeling since she had helped more than one friend out with that. But of course she didn't know if anyone would use someone as alternative as her around here. Maybe for the more 'artistic' pictures?.. Otherwise, she were just to seek any possible job. She needed the money given her poor upbringing. - She never felt bad about that though. She'd had the best childhood possible ! A lot of close relations to the many ''family members', exciting activities and the most loving parents in the world. What they couldn't give in dollars and cents the gave in love, kisses and hugs. She never felt unappreciated by her parents. Never by anyone really. She kinda had the opinion that if someone didn't appreciate you, they sure as hell don't deserve you. So she had stopped talking to the ones that obviously didn't think Emi was worth something.
Now, Emi was sitting on the ground in a completely new place she didn't quite know yet. But it all felt good. She'd get friends!.. Eventually.. But so far, people had been too freaked out about her. She felt bad about that in many ways, but on the other hand she wants people to like her as she is. This way she could be absolutely sure that the people talking to her actually had a wish of doing so! By the time Emi went through these thoughts of getting real friends, the girl stood in front of her and was reaching out a hand to Emi. Emi threw her another sweet smile before taking her hand and lightly jumping to her feet. Not that she needed the help. She could jump up and spin in the air in one smooth movement from her sitting position on the ground really. But it wasn't very polite to just ignore her.
Emi glanced over this girl from top to toe in just one or two seconds and very discretely. She looked nice the stranger. She had lovely eyes especially and Emi was fascinated about those blue windows to her spirit. She seemed nice too, Mika. So Emi decided to give it a try. After all, the worst that could happen was that Mika ran away as fast as possible. Emi doubted she would do so. That would be very odd at least. ”I was observing and feeling and enjoying this place!”
she finally replied with enthusiasm painted all over her soft voice. She laughed out about the 'Overweight squirrel' part and shrugged after a few seconds of joyful laughter. ”I think I could be a very convincing overweight squirrel. Don't I look squirrel-ish?” she said and asked with a smile on her soft pink lips and blinked a few time with the long black eyelashes while striking a pose. Then she turned back to the original casual posture even though she still had the happy teasing look in her orange-brown eyes. Those eyes looked almost brighter than usual in this light. People had always told her that she had beautiful eyes. Emi did agree with them too. Not because she was overly self confident. She was just happy about the way she looked. She tilted her head slightly to the right, while looking into the girls eye with a very nice expression in her face. Welcoming even in her own silly childish way. She could hardly stand still, so she did a little spin on the heels in her usual bubbly hyperactive way. She was just so happy to finally meet somebody else. And that somebody being so nice to her already was definitely a plus. ”I needed fresh air after a long long looooong day, so I went hiking” she replied and danced a little to the side. ”And then I got curious” she added, as an explanation to why she would be so far away from the usual paths in the forest. ”What are you doing around here? I didn't really expect seeing anyone this far inside the woods... Not that I don't like it. You seem like a nice person to meet” She giggled shortly and ran a hand through the hair. [/blockquote]

Mika was an easy person to get along with, at lest she thought so. She generally was a happy person even though as of late she hate a hard time keeping her spirits up. Her normal glowing presence was replaced with one a little more subtle, a little more withdrawn as she tried to get over the abuse and the heartbreak she was experiencing. But through it all she always managed to keep a smile on her face and pushed through it all. No one likes a downer, and Mika is aware of this. She hates when people sit around and sulk in public or when at a party. They are just asking for attention. Mika wasn't going to be one of those people, nor was she going to be given all kinds of attention because of her current status in life. Shit happens, but live eventually moves on.
Mika had to admit : she was definitely caught off guard at the perky childish personality of the girl who she just helped up off the ground. When she took her hand and got up to her feet with no problem at all Mika figured she didn't need her help at all. But she was glad she took the offer, it showed a general respect for people. She liked it. Mika never judges a book by it's cover, but the person she was currently presented with was someone that she just was not expecting. Normally people with multi-colored hair and piercings like she had were all ark and menacing. Mika wasn't trying to fit her into a stereotype or anything, she just was speaking from experience. Aside from Sparrow - she as the only exception. None the less Mika was thrilled to have a happy person by her side right now. She needed someone like her to keep her mind off things, keep her in the spirits of happiness. Emi could be exactly what Mika needed all along, since she came back to America - someone kind, someone happy.
Looking to the ground Mika thought. "It does look nice down there, I'm going to have to say .." she said, a grin creeping it's way onto her face. It could have been the weed that motivate her to lay down on the ground or it could have been the weed that was fueling the current silly mood that was becoming more an more apparent as this meet and greet continued. Letting her bag fall to the forest floor Mika laid own on her back, arms and legs stretched out as she let out a relaxing aaaaaahhhhhh. It was pretty nice down there, not to mention the view of the trees above her was just wonderful. Her high just made it even better. When Emi mentioned herself being able to be a fat squirrel she laughed. At lest this girl had a sense of humor - it was a nice change from the b*tches Mika has ran into since she has been back. "I think you're hair would have to be gray for that love," she said, her words laced with her thick british accent.
Mika decided she wasn't going to move from the ground. It was way too comforting. The top of the threes were just open enough to watch the clouds roll by, the fresh air cool and chilled. This was a nice atmosphere, a good change from what she is normally placed herself in. "Long days suck," Mika said almost in agreement, knowing that she was out here for almost the same reason. "Hey, nothing wrong with being curious. Curiosity doesn't always kill the cat," she nodded knowing that one reason why she was in the field of physics is because she was curious. She liked seeing why certain things happened. "I personally was going for a little nature walk. Smoke some weed, take in the scenery," Mika told her, not wanting to hide anything from the girl who could possibly become a good companion. She liked weed and hallucinogens, that was one thing people should know about her up front. "But then I heard an obese squirrel who told me the ground was comfortable. So now I'm going to lay here and look at the clouds for a few more minutes," she told her, letting a small giggle pass by her lips.
"I mean that squirrel is welcome to join me ..."

God bless her Already enjoying the company more than the police would enjoy, Emi let out another sweet laughter. If there was one thing Emi did more than anything else it would be laughing. She laughed when she was happy, she laughed at jokes, she laughed when she was broken deep down in her heart because she didn't want people to worry about her and she laughed when she messed up an acrobatic routine. All in all, you would never experience Emi sad really.. Angry though was a possibility. If you ever really harmed this girl you would see her huge temperament. She could yell and hit and all that shit, if she got really angry at someone. It was not often she did but it happened occasionally. Emilie was in a great mood today though so you wouldn't and shouldn't expect any outbursts of anger. The time where Emi had been the most angry was with a guy from her past, whom she had fallen in love with. She hated falling for someone she was only supposed to be having a one night stand with. She hated the knowledge that she would have to leave him eventually because of her troupe and performances. She hated that he loved her back. The day she was supposed to leave she asked him to come with her. It was after a month living in the same wagon. He had refused to do so and left her without goodby's that evening. What Emi didn't know was that he had actually only been doing so because he knew that he would be a distraction for her. He didn't want to get in the way of Emi's big dream of taking part of the cirque du soleil. Back then, Emi had been so mad that she could have killed anybody. She suffered from a broken heart months after that really. So most of the time she would be angry. She wasn't capable of showing the people she loved that she was so sad and broken. She half-isolated herself for a long time, didn't meet strangers and didn't talk about anything personal with her 'family'. Her stay in Denmark did make it all better again though. She almost forgot him and got on with her life until the point, where she was ready to dedicate her all to the troupe and acrobatics.
Today, you saw nothing of those unfortunate events in Emi's gorgeous eyes or facial expression. She really felt like she was alive and nothing could hold her back. Of course, she was mostly in a lovely mood but today was off the charts. The world being something entirely new and entirely strange. Maybe the fresh start was exactly what her head and heart needed to do a restart. A new start with new people around and new friends.. Hopefully, Mika would become one of her good friends. Emi did seem to take a liking to her instantly. In some way, Mika was exactly the kind of person Emi would like to know more of.
As Mika dropped to the ground with her eyes upwards, Emi smiled a bit wider. She liked being listened to!. Instead of standing up and looking down on Mika, she grabbed a branch from one of the trees and swung herself around it as elegant and practiced as ever. Then she let go and spun two times in the air, before landing on her feet. She smiled hugely with every part of her smooth pale face showing joy in life. These little things could make everything better for a girl like Emi. You see, she was never a person of many possessions but she never missed anything anyway. As times were now, she still had that character. The one that didn't need much and enjoyed even the littlest unimportant things.
When Mika said that thing about having to have gray hair, Emi stroke an overly dramatic surprised pose with her mouth and eyes open wide and one hand laying lightly on her cheek. ”Oh my God!!! Isn't my hair gray????”
she asked almost panically and pulled a lock of hair in front of her eyes to inspect in nearer. All the time, she had that glimpse in her eyes telling that she was only joking. She knew her hair was bright red. She was only playing around. When it turned to be impossible to focus on the ''act'' she giggled with one hand placed in front of her lips. She let herself fall to the ground too and leaned back into the warm grass. She shut her eyes while listening to the girls voice. It was rather pleasant actually. Then she finally opened her eyes to glance over at Mika aka. The beautiful blue eyed girl. Emi was all straight really but she did know when a female was looking pretty or not. So even though Emi could see how obviously this girl was gorgeous Emi didn't feel attracted to her at all. ”Well, if that works for you then I am not going to get in your way” she told her with a friendly smile on her lips and all. She might not take drugs or smoke herself and she did think it was a bad idea. But Emi didn't want to teach other people what to do. She did what she wanted to do without wanting people to point fingers so of course she didn't point fingers at other either. That would have been odd of her. She rolled over to lay on her stomach, while watching this girl. ”are you from England?” she asked Mika curiously. The accent wasn't hard to notice but always be on the safe side and ask instead of presuming things about others. She laughed again when the 'squirrel' joke was on again. ”Wise squirrel... But are you sure, you're not insane? I'm pretty sure squirrels can't talk” she teased Mika with 'rogue' painted all over the face. ”maybe you should watch out a little and not stay so close to me.. I could have rabies” [/blockquote]

( BEYOND THE GRAY SKIES ) Mika had a very .. different outlook on life. A lot of people were either drastically pessimistic or optimistic. A few people resided somewhere in the middle which is where Mika stood. She use to be an optimistic person. Tried her best to look on the brighter side of things even though her life always looked bleak. She's never had high hopes in society in general because she doesn't like to be disappointed, but she always tried to remain positive. Lets be honest here, no one really likes to hanging out with someone who is always depressed or pointing out all the worlds perfections. Sure, Mika could sit there with her new found friend and tell her all her awful life traumas but that wouldn't fix them, only make this interaction more awkward. Mika hate whiners and she hated people who made themselves the center of attention with their woes. So she was always smiling, even if her heart was breaking on the inside.
Her eyes focused on the clouds, Mika's mind drifted off into thought for a moment. She wondered how Caine was doing, if he was making any progress with what they had talked about. She knew that getting him off drugs was going to take a while, but she was quivering with anticipation to call him hers again. Still, she was going to wait and be patient. Her bright blue eyes scanned the clouds, looking for miscellaneous shapes that she could point out or laugh at. As much as her mind wondered wherever she was, Mika had to keep herself in the present with her company. She wasn't going to let herself slip in depression. Not to mention it was rather hard when such a bright, cheery person was in your company. Her attention was drawn away from the clouds only to be staring at Emi, who had done this .. ridiculously amazing acrobatic trick. Mika felt like she was at the circus. She sat up for a moment, leaning up slightly so she was leaning on her elbows. "How the bloody hell did you do that?!" Mika asked, astounded. "It was so .. insane yet graceful at the same time," she told her wondering where on earth she learned it. She must have been a gymnast or something.
At sight of the dramatic pose, Mika arched her eyebrow, laughing at Emi's reaction to what Mika had said. She's hyper. And happy. And funny. Mika liked that a lot. She really needed to surround herself with more people like Emi rather than the party animals she tends to hang out with. For a slight moment Mika actually thought she was serious. But once she caught glimpse of her eye she knew she was only teasing. "I was going to say," Mika started, letting herself fall back down onto her back. "Totally thought you were colorblind for a second," she grinned, eyes facing the sky once again. Mika didn't look to Emi yet, only judged when she took her place on the ground beside her by the sound of grass being pushed down and some small branches breaking beneath her tiny body. Once she was down on the ground Mika tilted her head and looked at her. "Hiiiii I'm Mika," she said with a small giggled, really taking in Emi's features. She was indeed different, but Mika liked it. She hated people that fit the mold, and Emi definitely wasn't one of those people. Her hair was a fantastic color, her piercings complimented her face very well - not to mention she had beautiful eyes and skin. This girl was not just beautiful on the outside but the inside too.
When Emi asked if Mika was from England she nodded. "London's finest," she winked, giggling a bit at her next comment. Was Mika insane? She probably was, now that she thought about it. Or at lest slowly loosing her grip on reality as the days dragged on and passed her by. The nice thing was that she still had some sort of grasp on what was happening and how to interact with people. "I'm only as sane as you are, so you tell me," she said, looking at her curiously. She was wondering what her response to that would be, and upon hearing her rabies remark bit back a laugh. "Oh hush. We're in Wonderland - my friend the squirrel can not only talk but doesn't have rabies but reabees," Mika said, making up some strange fictional thing as she went. Of course there were no reabees in the actual story of Alice in wonderland but this was Mika in wonderland anyways. "It's this gene that makes the squirrel all tecni-colored," she nodded, trying to complete her make believe gene. Hey, it worked right? ____________________

God bless her Two real squirrels started figting in one of the tree tops and automatically dragged Emi's curious eyes closer to them. She instantly imagined them fighting over nuts or something like that like you see in the cartoons. It was a hilarious thought to her really. She hadn't seen a lot of cartoons while growing up, obviously because they were moving around all the time and couldn't really afford a tv. But recently she had bought a small one of the kind and she had watched a lot of cartoons! In some ways, Emi seemed more like a child than a nineteen year old woman. But it was the fewest that complained about that. Most people actually thought she was rather charming with the way she behaved. Obviously it was the way her mood rubbed off on the people around her and her laughs and smiles. Her big beautiful eyes could melt peoples hearts instantly. There was one thing she wasn't too happy about though. With her childishness no one really thought of her as anything more than a friend. She had had one boyfriend who had loved her regardless of her borderline childishness and a whole lot of one night stands – and obviously you don't get to know each other that well when you're only having sex. Emi hadn't minded that much the one night-things. It had kept her happy and it wasn't a distraction or something that would make her heart ache as the relationship had. But in the end it seemed a bit lonely and she decided to put both random sex and feelings away for a while. She had to focus on her career for a while. However, deep inside she was still hoping to find someone here. Someone special. She didn't have to move away soon anyway so she would just love to be loved.
She turned her focus back to Mika and giggled for a moment of the girls facial expressions and the whole ''bloody hell'' she said with her accent and all. Really, Emi loved the british accent. It was like they were singing in some way. It was so charming to listen to! Even though the boys from England sounded sort of gay. And she had a weakness for the masculine guys so gay didn't work all that well with her. ”I just did it?”
she replied with her face tilted slightly to the right. She also did a little shrug and looked at Mika with that innocent look in her eyes. ”It's supposed to be like that.. I've been trained in that stuff ever since I was a little girl” she then said and laughed a little bit. ”You see.. I was born and raised in a traveling circus – I'm an aerial acrobat” she explained with a wide grin in her face. She loved her past and there was no doubt about it! ”Oh yes. Squirrels surely do not see colors.” she nodded and giggled again, obviously enjoying the conversation with the girl. She opened her eyes again, when she could hear Mika move. Either she was getting up or she was laying down. Emi was happy to see that she was staying still. She observed her a little – not staring of course – but just figuring out the little details about her. Then she threw another smile and replied: ”Hi Mika! Oh my Gosh, you have like the most adorable name I've ever heard” she told her and tasted on the name.. Mika.. It was truly a beautiful and very cute name to have. ”I am Emi... It is such a pleasure to meet you” the last part was said in an attempted british accent when she was told that Mika was from London. But really, Emi was american all the way into the bone so obviously she sucked ! But she did try and laughed. ”Okay.. I am going to lay off that accent” she stated with a nodd and ran her fingers through the red hair. She stretched out her rather small body enjoying the feeling of the grass tickling her back and arms gently. It felt good. It felt free. Like there was no place as harmonic and great as this. Like you could do anything here because that is what you want. She arched one eyebrow as looking back to her by the insanity-comment. Then she smiled hugely all over her beautiful pale face. ”Well, I am considered 'out of the ordinary', so I'll just put you in that category too then” she told her and winked shortly. When Mika mentioned 'Wonderland', Emi sat up and held back a laughter. She had loved 'Alice in Wonderland' back in Denmark when she watched it with a kid she used to take care of. In Denmark is was called 'Alice i eventyrland'. It was actually pretty cool just how much Danish Emi had learnt during her year in the country. And everyone said it was oh-so-hard. Emi had never had the trouble with it. An exellent example of her bright brain in anything else than science and math. She was good at languages and artistic and physical lectures. ”Oh! Would you please explain what 'reabees' is? The squirrel here has a brain the size of a nut you see!” she nodded many times and with her eyes widened completely. Then she stuck out her tongue to look even more dumb. She couldn't keep that grimace up too long either. ”Aha aha. Interesting indeed!. I would have known the tecni-color thing if I hadn't been a colorblind squirrel” she said smilingly. ”So Mika! When did you drop down the hole to Wonderland?”[/blockquote]

( AMBER IS THE COLOR OF YOUR ENERGY) THIS PHENOMENON, I HAD TO PUT IT IN A SONG. These days good company was hard to come by. At lest for Mika, anyways. With the roommate from hell and the guy she loved off doing god knows what Mika was left alone a lot of the times. She did see Sparrow every once in a while but she hasn't seen her as of late, which worried her a bit. With her lifestyle who knows what she is getting herself into. Mika has been going through the motions for a while now, just going with the flow as if se was going to be taken away with the coming tides. But Emi was completely different from anyone she has ever met before and she was loving every second of it. It was only made more apparent when she explained what she did before she decided to come to school. Mika was taken back - a circus? THAT WAS AWESOME. She was ecstatic with the idea of knowing someone who was from the circus, she had so many questions and inquiries about what she did, but Mika didn't want to pry. She was sure the questions she had would get answered eventually, but right now she was just in complete awe.
"The Circus?!" Mika finally spoke, excitement lacing her every word as her eyes lit up at the thought. That was so much more exciting compared to what her life was before college. Mika was almost like a child as she looked at Emi with excitement. "YOU ARE BY FAR THE COOLEST PERSON I HAVE EVER MET," she told her, gitty with the knowledge that her new friend was an arial acrobat. "Maybe you can teach me something some day? I mean something basic I don't think I'll ever be able to do that .." Mika said, still giving Emi a curious look. "I'd love to hear about your life in the circus sometime, if you wouldn't mind. I like fun stories," she told her, not wanting Emi to think that Mika was prying. She was just curious, and Emi was definitely the most interesting person she has met thus far at this school. Talk about an individual.
Mika giggled at Emi's attempt at a british accent when she introduced herself. "Truth me told Mika is my middle name. My actual name is Autumn but I don't like it very much," she confessed, no one in the world ever calling her Autumn. Every once in a while Caine let it slip but she is known as Mika - much more attractive in her opinion. "It is a pleasure to meet you, miss," she said, making her best attempt at an American accent, but it also failed horridly. Mika grinned. "I wish I knew what my accent sounded like. To me it just sounds normal. But your accent is one of interest," she grinned, getting accustom to the American accents she hears all over. For all the years she has sent at college she still had yet to loose her accent, Mika almost positive she wont ever loose it. She actually gets a lot of attention from her accent, Americans seem to love it for whatever reason. She actually had a one night stand with someone she met when she first got back here who was obsessed with her accent. He later confessed it was a fetish of his - whatever. Mika didn't think it a big deal. It was a place to stay for the night.
Mika grinned at her out of the ordinary comment. Mika liked the thought of that. "Normal people are boring anyways. Who wants to live a standard, normal life? NOT THIS CHICK," she said, pointing to herself with two thumbs as she continued to gaze up at the clouds. She pouted her lips for a moment, trying to make some kind of shapes out of them but there were literally just .. widgets. She sighed, hoping that her cloud gazing would have brought up something of interest. But the conversation at hand proved to be a good substitute, Mika turing her attention away from the clouds and back to Emi. When did she get to wonderland? Mika had been in wonderland for a very long time - actually visited it in her trips from time to time. "I'd say a few years ago. It was the adventure for the ages," she told her, grinning slightly. "And now I can visit it whenever I want, as long as I have the proper.. tools," she spoke not wanting to tell Emi all she had to do was take some Acid or something along that line (even though in Mika's opinion Triple C's were a better trip). "I got frequent flyer miles," she joke, letting herself fall back down onto her back with a thud.
"And of course, instead of a white rabbit I have a tecni-colored squirrel," she smiled. ____________________

God bless her Emi loved seeing Mika's reaction to the information about the circus and all. It wasn't all who showed that they were surprised and fascinated the same way this girl did. Simply, Emi enjoyed being able to read Mika's expressions. And she obviously saw Mika's almost estatic way of looking at her in that moment before she couldn't help herself but yell out of joy. In a moment Mika seemed almost as childish as Emi did on a daily basis. When Emi got complimented for it instead of thought at as weird, she blushed and giggled to herself. It felt good to be loved even though she had the past she did. Someone actually thought it was cool !! ”awwee! Thank you very much, Miss Mika from London”
she said still giggling and sat up to make some sort of half-bow to her. Then she straightened her back with pride and tilted her head gently to one side as looking on the girl, she already saw as a friend of hers. ”I would love to teach you something! You just need to let me know when. I know a few exercises I started with in the beginning. Still good for starting my workouts really” she said with enthusiasm in her voice and brightness in her big bambi-eyes. Her whole expression was almost glowing with joy by the thought. ”I can do a little show for you too, so you can see something a bit more advanced” she added with her head slightly to the side again. She loved the thought of sharing this huge thing in her life with her newfound friend. She smiled wider when Mika showed even more interest in her circus-life. As mentioned before, Emi loved talking about her former life and all the things that was considered normal there but freaky here. It was fun to see peoples reactions to these things! ”You're very welcome to ask ANY question. I'm very open about that” she made clear, still with the grin all over the face. As Mika told her about her real name, Emi listened curiously. She did think Autumn was a beautiful name too, but she wasn't about to shout that out loud if Mika liked her middlename better. Everybody should be allowed to be called what they wanted to instead of what other people thought. Luckily for Emilie, she liked her name a lot. She just shortened it because, well.. Emi sounded better.. And more suiting for a girl such as this redheaded childish one of the kind. ”I like Mika better too. It's cuter” she said with a nodd and leaned up against a tree, so the sun wouldn't be so harsh on her pale skin. ”My full name is Emilie. I've always been called Emi though. I guess it stuck. It still feels weird when someone call me Emilie today” she shrugged and moved her hands onto the ground where she started drumming a rythm. ”It is a pleasure to meet you too, Mika. A huge pleasure! Like totally made my day” Emi had a tendency of going all in, and so she did when explaining how happy she was to have met this girl. ”I feel exactly opposite! Your accent is just so adorable! Like you speak with pouted lips all the time” she laughed and ran a hand through her bright red hair. It was still falling in small curls. She was pretty sure all men in america would feel attracted to her just after listening to her! Even Emi liked it a lot! And she wasn't even into women at all. Emi nodded clearly and firmly, when Mika said it was boring to be normal. She couldn't agree more! She herself wasn't at all near the normal-category and she liked that. She found that most people found her interesting for that. The ones who got scared because of it – they weren't worth it at all! ”I have this motto in life: The world would be a boring place without weird people” she said while throwing another smile. - She was very generous when it came to giving other people smiles really. She liked it because when she smiled to people they would smile back in most cases. ”Wonderland usually is” Emi pointed out with a lifted first finger and watched Mika curiously as she explained the whole 'tools' comment. Now, Emi did know that Mika did drugs and all, so that was what she was refering to. So she nodded to her, to show that she was listening to what she had to say. She laughed a little by her joke and leaned back again herself. ”Well, if that is what works for you.. It is sad that you get addicted to wonderland's wonders though”. She let her gaze wander to the skies and followed them with her eyes. ”That sky looked like a white bunny! Maybe you have a tecni-colored squirrel AND a bunny!! Lucky you!” she laughed out and looked back at Mika for a while. ”But of course, a talking tecni-colored squirrel that happens to be raised in circus and has a career as aerial acrobat is so much cooler than a white bunny, don't you think?” she said and winked. ”So, what do you want to know about the circus life?”[/blockquote]

WHAT THE HELL IS A.D.D? MY FRIENDS SAY I SHOULD ACT MY AGE. ( WHAT'S MY AGE AGAIN? ) The thought of learning how to do something kind of acrobatic stunts made Mika very thrilled. She never really did anything of the sort, though when she was younger her father did make her take ballet classes - so she was always in relatively good shape and flexible. But she always wanted to try something like gymnastics, her father just wouldn't have it. So at the moment Mika was in her childhood fantasy, smile beaming as Emi agreed to show her how to do more then just flail around like she would. "Oh I would love that so much!" Mika told her, an excited tone coming over her thick accent. From what Mika could tell Emi was very good. "Maybe we can go to the circus together too. I've actually never been to one ..." she admitted, slightly embarrassed. Mika could tell that it was a big part of Emi's life so she kind of felt bad that she never experienced one. That was probably why she was so curious about her to begin with.
"Emilie .." Mika said, her voice drifting off as her attention turned back to the clouds. "That's actually a very popular name in England. But I've never heard anyone who shortened it to 'Emi' before," Mika admitted. "So If I call you Emilie by accident I apologize," Mika told her advance, wanting to make sure she atoned for her possible slip ups. Old habits die hard. For whatever reason no one ever called an Emilie by a shortened version over in England. Mika couldn't understand why, but she guessed the English were just more uptight than Americans. It was true, she having lived in both countries was able to make an accurate judgement. Shooting Emi a glance when she commented on what her accent sounded like she couldn't help but laugh. It was an interesting description. "It's nice to meet someone who isn't the normal same old person in this town," Mika admitted, liking the change in pace. "You're completely right, my dear," Mika agreed on the next comment. She always liked stirring things up, living dangerously and making people think. It was just something she felt the world needed.
Mika wasn't completely focused on the clouds when she was speaking to Emi, so when she mentioned a white bunny in the sky Mika blinked curiously, focusing directly on the clouds above the two. Her lips curling up into a smile Mika spoke "That is wonderful! how sneaky of you, Mr rabbit," Mika said, giggling softly under a muffled mouth, her hand coming to her face as she laughed. "That is true! And I can't pet the bunny. It'c compete rubbish," she said, a smile never fading from her pale pink lips. Mika felt like an absolute child right now and she absolutely loved it. Mika never really had a normal childhood, some moments like these were always important to her. She world is an awful place, at lest times like these bring a little bit more light into Mika's dreadful days.
Giving a pondering expression, Mika thought about Emi's next question. What did she wanted to know about the circus? Well she really wanted to know everything important and relevant in the art, but first Mika was more curious about Emi herself. Every time she thought of acrobats in the circus Mika thought of Batman - more specifically Robin - who was also an acrobat in the circus with his parents. Mika raise her eyebrow, looking at Emi questionably. "You're not a super hero, right?" she asked her in all seriousness, just making sure that she wasn't secretly fighting crime at night. If she was, Mika totally wanted in. ____________________

God bless her She giggled by Mika's excitement of learning some acrobatics. It was easy to see in her eyes. Emi was thrilled to have someone to share her passion with – obviously, she was some individual. You didn't see many doing aerial acrobatics as career so it got lonely every once in a while. And of course many of the people Emi got to know here didn't dare trying it out either. So the fact that Mika wanted to learn some and looked so happy about that instantly brought another big smile onto Emi's lips. ”I would love that too. It's going to be so cool”
she agreed and did a firm nod with the head. The suggestion of going to the circus lit up her eyes with anticipation. ”yes, yes, yes, yes! We should really do that” she said almost jumping up and down while clapping her hands childishly. ”Why haven't you been to a circus? Isn't it something everybody experiences as children?”. She wrinkled her nose slightly with wonder and leaned her head to the side while watching Mika thoughtfully. Maybe, it was only on the tv people brought their children to the circus all the time? Not that Emi had the biggest tv-knowledge either. Just a mix of the shows she had seen in Denmark and the many children that always watched the shows her troupe did. ”It is?” she asked curiously when Mika stated that Emilie was actually a popular name in England. Emi would hever have guessed that... It was quite easy to hear though on the way Mika pronounced it. It sounded very English that way actually. She couldn't help but giggle by the sound of her name said with English accent. Oh yes, it did sound right that way. ”no problem. I wouldn't be all that mad if you slipped. It is my name after all. But I prefer Emi” she looked thoughtfully up to the skies for a moment before adding: ”I don't even know if I'd react if someone called out my ''real'' name” she stated with fingers tangling themselves into some of the longer red curls. She turned to look at Mika instead of the skies. The smile was still as painted on Emi's flawless face. ”I could say the exact same about you. I'm glad to have met you” Emi let out a cute little laughter at the 'sneaky Mr. Rabbit'. She followed the could with her eyes as it floated beatifully along with all the other white skies. If someone still had the idea that God and who not was living on the skies then it must be awful for them to move around all that much. The thought stroke Emi that they probably would get all seasick from it. She couldn't help but smile of that. She didn't believe that anyone lived up there. But she also had a hard time believing that all this had just occurred coincidental. So as it was, Emi did not believe in Gods and did not believe in the evolutionary theory. She stuck to the mystique in it. To her, it was like a magician's star-trick. You wanted to know how and why but really – you didn't. Because if you knew how the magician did, it wouldn't be as glorious as you imagined in the first place. - No, you'd rather not know and believe that it was something amazing and unexplainable. She finally got herself back to the real world and replied: ”Did you hear that, Mr. Rabbit? I'm cooler than you! HAH” she stuck out her tongue to the little white sky-rabbit. It was in that moment the sky joined in on a bigger cloud looking like.. Well, nothing to be honest. Just a cloud. One big round one. ”Superhero? Oh, you got me, Missy! I am the female Batman.” she answered her question teasingly and shrugged. ”Okay, okay! Not quite... Jeez, don't be so pessimistic” the tone was still teasing and she rolled her eyes before letting out a laughter. ”no, no superhero stuff for me. But itvc would be so cool...” her eyes and smile went all dreaming by the thought of being a superhero. And batman wasn't really that much of a superhero. He was strong and had a lot of cool equipment. [/blockquote]

I WANNA TRY AND FIND SOMEWHERE WHERE I CAN ( LOOSE MY GODDAMN MIND ) The thought of Mika's childhood was one of displeasure, Mika knowing that anything normal that children did was not something she experienced. Her father always made sure she was placed in the best social circumstances, which didn't include the circus, but things that were for the more sophisticated person like the opera. It was all so stereotypical in Mika's opinion, but she was never one to really question her father when she was younger. Now it was a different story, but back in the day she wore whatever ridiculously priced dresses he purchased her or went to whatever party or engagement he had line up for her. The well rounded daughter who overcame her status as a woman to become one of the best surgeons in the world. That was his dream for her, but it was hardly the same dream that Mika shared. Either way her father was old news, Mika shaking the thought of his overbearing nature from her mind as she tried to figure out how to answer Emi's question. Though she took a liking to Emi already Mika wasn't ready to let her in on her biggest secrets in her life. Not to mention things like that were just unnecessary right now. They were in a happy place, right? Shrugging slightly Mika offered a response "My father was afraid of clowns," she lied comfortably, not really one to open up about her life. It wasn't anything against Emi, and she was sure she would come clean sooner or later - but Mika hates pity. She wasn't going to get it from anyone. "So we never went. But I've always wanted to go!" she told her, a hint of excitement in her voice as she smiled.
Mika understood Emi's lack of using 'Emilie,' not using her first name either. Only her father called her Autumn which is probably why she hated it so much. Everyone once in a while Caine would let 'Autumn' slip instead of Mika, but coming from him it was much more .. pleasurable, despite their current complicated relationship. It made her almost want to go by her first name, but the moment one of her professors calls her Autumn it ends. She grinned "Sometimes I actually forget my name is Autumn not Mika," she admitted, shaking her head at her own silliness. "So someone would be calling me and I wouldn't even realize. I'm just not use to it - I swear, I think I mental block against it," she nodded with a 'it's a true story,' kind of face, her attention being drawn back to the sky as she listening to Emi mock the cloud rabbit that was slowly turning into just a mass of nothing.
Mika gave a pondering thought, the clouds always something of interest to her. "I always wanted to sleep on a cloud, even though it's impossible," she thought aloud, completely aware that Emi could hear her. Mika had the feeling that of all people in the world Emi would understand what she meant. Having flown so many times Mika knows what the clouds look like from a birds eye view, not to mention her constant study of the sciences she knows that it is literally impossible. She'd fall right to her death if she tried such crazy antics, but that doesn't mean she couldn't try. "I mean they just look like the most comfortable thing ever," she told her in complete seriousness, loving the thought of 'sleeping on clouds.' She let out a half hearted chuckle, shutting her eyes for a moment. "Sorry - thinking out loud," she admitted in an apologetic tone before her min set switched immediately back to Batman and Robin.
Mika loved Batman. He was just an ordinary guy like you or me, no super powers, no magical ring or super strength. Just an ordinary guy who had something awful happen to him and turned out to be one of the most bad ass men alive. Thats why Mika liked him so much. It gave her a little hope that someone as ordinary as her could something as extraordinary as fight crime. Obviously she isn't going to run out dressed like a bat, she would get laughed at then killed, but even if she completed her dreams of working at NASA it was the same concept. When Emi admitted to being a superhero and laughing it off, Mika frowned. "Awe man .." she said slightly disappointed, a hint of mischief in her expression. She let out a small laugh after, agreeing with her next statement. "Wouldn't that be awesome? I could see you now - Black leotard and an awesome mask, hoping around buildings with ease," she grinned, imagining the superhero life. "EVIL DOOERS BEWARE." ____________________

God bless her As Mika mentioned her father and how he was afraid of clowns. - The career path both Emi's parents had chosen. And they were quite the cute clown-couple. Emi couldn't help herself but to smile at the thought when her mind wandered to her childhood full of joy and loving. They were no usual family of course, so their joint activities consisted of doing plays with the troupe, taking long hikes in the nature together, cooking meals, playing games or just laying in the grass and talking to each other. Oh, how had Emi's parents been pretty. Her mom had the longest natural red hair, green eyes, fair skin and the most beautiful smile. She had the warmest, most loving gaze of all. Emi's father had a rich black hair falling into his orange-ish brown eyes – much like his little girl's. He had an intelligence like no one else and Emi loved listening to him teach or tell stories to her every night. Every single day, Emi would watch her parents tease each other lovingly and kiss with all feeling – even after the many years they had spent with each other. They were never married, but they were more loving and faithful than any other loving couple, and they kept that on until the day death struck. Emi hoped to get a partner that she could love as much as her mother had loved Emi's father through all the years. Oh, such a relationship would mean anything to Emi. She ran her hands thoughtfully through her bright red hair as it was usual for her, when she was stuck in thought. The edge of Mika's voice brought her back into reality and she smiled widely and warmly. ”That's funny.. My parents were clowns in our troupe. It's weird to think of them such as normal people, isn't it?” she shook her head. When she imagined her parents, she never saw them in their masks and big white, black and red make up. She saw them as the normal beautiful people they were behind all that. But she knew how hard it was to imagine clowns as the normal person behind the make up. ”I'm most definitely dragging you along some time soon” she then said with a firm nod.
Their conversation went on to the names and Emi couldn't help but laugh when Mika told her that she was the exact same way with not responding to her real name either. It was lovely to find yet another thing she had in common with this sweet girl. In her mind, Emi figured that she and Mika could become good friends some time in the nearest future. With the mutual respect and similarities she had seen so far, she was sure they would get along really well. ”Mika's also that much cuter than Autumn” she stated with a nod and smiled to her. ”Like Emi sounds cuter than Emilie” she added to the point and shoved her gently to the side in a tease. ”Besides! If you meet someone you don't really want to know, but you don't feel like lying to him or her, you can always say that your name is Autumn and then he can't really find you because everyone knows you as Mika” she told her with a raised eyebrow and a teasing smile falling on her lips.
Emi fell back into the grass with her head leaned onto her folded arms behind her neck. She watched the skies as Mika started explaining her little 'dream' of sleeping on clouds. Like any other child, Emi had had her share of that sort of dreams. ”If you ever get that dream fulfilled, please call me up so I can try too” she said with a giggle and raised an eyebrow. Taken into consideration that skies were mostly consisting of steam it would probably be some years until that. ”But I totally get what you're saying.. They look like they are made of the most comfortable soft pillows in the world” she nodded firmly and picked in the grass with her long fingers and the short nails on them. She really wanted long nails one day but she wasn't allowed with all her aerial acrobatics. They would only get in the way. It was like that with most sports. ”Thinking out loud is allowed.. But only barely. We wouldn't want the insanity to rub off” she teased her and winked in her direction.
”I'm sorry, love” she said and let out a dramatic sigh when Mika seemed to be disappointed with the fact that Emi was no superhero, as cool as it might would have been. Personally, she liked batman more. He was quite the acrobat himself and honestly: Emi liked leaving the superhero stuff for the professionals. But maybe if she learned som Marshall arts or so one day she'd consider finding a spider to bite her. ”We should just find something like a spider or so and turn into superheroes! The fantastic two” she said ironically and giggled as silly and childish as she were. It was funny that she was compared with superheroes all the time. Maybe she just had the look for it or so, even though she'd think of herself as the bad guy – in this case girl – based on her appearances. ”Hah! I'd like to see that!” she laughed out and shrugged. ”But doesn't a superhero need some fighting skills or so too?” she asked with her head tilted to the side.

I WANNA TRY AND FIND SOMEWHERE WHERE I CAN ( LOOSE MY GODDAMN MIND ) Unfortunately for little Miss Longley, her view of off duty clowns was forever altered by a lovely movie based on a book by Steven King, the King of Horror. Ever Since Mika watched his movie It she never was able to imagine a clown as nothing more then some strange alien from space that ate small children. God, Americans are sick, she would think to herself every time she was forced to be reminded of the awful movie. Mika wasn't afraid of clowns, just of aliens, specifically ones that resembled what you are terrified of. The thought carried with her through all these years, so at this moment she could only agree with Emi, nodding her head and laughing a bit. "Have you ever seen the movie It? Or read the book?" she inquired, curious to see if she was knowledgable about it. Or at lest heard of it. It would make her feel better about her silly thoughts. She knew that clowns her just normal people, but you would think they would stick out from the crowd. "Regardless that is the reason why I can't imagine .. 'of duty clowns' to be anything pleasant," she admitted, shrugging it off with a light chuckle.
"We really should go. Isn't there one in town somewhere during the summer?" Mika said on a slightly more serious note, remembering it being mentioned somewhere in the dorms or on campus. "It's perfect!" Mika squealed, a yawn coming by her lips shortly after. She started to feel tired, which was a common after affect to mary jane. At lest for Mika, she knew people were hyper after a while but she gets sleepy and lazy. Creative, but lazy. She didn't think anything of it, playing it off as a lack of oxygen. Mika laughed after hearing Emi's use for her first name. "I never thought of that. You're bloody brilliant," she giggled, enjoying the company being held. "That could have saved me from a ton of hell" she admitted, knowing that she was the farthest thing from a saint - but she never claimed to be one anyway. She was comfortable in her skin, for the most part.
Hearing Mika's insanity comment she really felt like she was starting to loose it even more. She casually rolled it off her shoulders like water on feathers, not letting her know that those silly words kind of stung slightly. It was just a reminder of her lack of control on her life, which drove her nuts. She didn't dwell on it too long however, jumping herself back into the conversation when Emi spoke again. She cringed. "Does it have to be a spider? They are not my favorite thing in the world .." Mika gave an apologetic look in her direction, knowing it probably sounded silly. "Well, as long as I don't have to watch it happen I can handle it," she compromised, knowing that nothing else in the world would really give them cool powers if they bit either of the girls. Think about it - what else is there? She bit her bottom lip as she thought, eyes drifting from Emi back to the clouds above them. "That is true .. fighting skills are a must," Mika thoughtfully reiterated, noting that she would get laughed at if she tried to stop some criminals. She's tiny, and so is Emi. "We can be like Robin Hood!" she suggested quickly, noting her acrobatic skills would be useful in a robbery. They would be like ninjas - in and out before anyone noticed. Fighting skills are not required. "Steal from the rich, give to the poor," she winked, liking the sounds of that. Steal from her father again, that would be number one of her list. "Robin Hood and Little John. Perfect" she finished, giving a thumbs up to the sky, just to show her approval. Not shortly after she got to her feet, dusting herself and motioning Emi to get up.
"C'mon!" ____________________

God bless her Many others, Emi had discovered, feared clowns to an extend. She would talk to someone and as soon as they got to know that both her parents had been clowns, they would seek an opportunity to go away. Once, she had asked one to explain why he was afraid of clowns and he had talked about this movie, he had seen, where it was not a human in disguise but something from space eating kids. It was odd how someone would ever have the imagination for something like that. Even though she found the fear silly, she had to give the man with the imagination credits. It was pretty well done, when someone was able to scare half the continent with a horror movie. - the same movie as Mika was mentioning. Emi was pretty sure that even if she did see the movie, it wouldn't ruin her view on clowns. She had grown up with them, so a silly movie could not make her forget about the fact than something like that was completely non-existent. What the girl had not been aware of, was that there also was a book with the same theme. She shook her head with a grin on her lips. ”Have heard of the movie but never watched it. But maybe I should, since it can make people get scared of something as childish and funny as clowns” she giggled a little and tilted her head slightly to the side, as she watched Mika with curious bambi eyes. It all made Emi terribly curious to see what scared them all so much!
Emi nodded enthusiastically to her and smiled even wider when she was reminded that there actually was a circus to find somewhere near. ”Yes!! Yes, there is! Bob's summer circus. Oh my God, we should totally go there.. When do you have time?” Emi asked her and held her head slightly sideways. She was totally and completely up for the little trip to the circus with this girl that she had in fact taken a liking to immediately. Emi's voice was cheerful and excited by it, and her eyes almost shone with delight. She got just a little proud when Mika seemed to like her suggestion of how to handle guys. ”I really am.. what can I say? Good looks – born with it. Brilliance – born with it. Total awesomeness – born with it.” she said in a teasing voice of course, since she did not really believe it so much herself. Her tone of voice was shallow and she even did one of those 'throws' with her hand like one of those blond stuck up bitches would do. But it only lasted so long before she fell into laughter and her usual warm bright gaze and smile and her body in a more casual, comfortable posture. ”It can still save you from a ton of hell in the future. You learn something new and useful every day” she stated with a nod.
Mika moved on from the insanity pretty fast, so Emi never really had the chance to notice that she did not feel very well about it. If she had discovered it, she of course would have made it all better by apologizing or such. But she just didn't have the opportunity to do so before Mika talked of something else and cringed at the thought of spiders. - Another thing Emi was not at all afraid of. It was funny with all these different types of fears and phobias. This girl was afraid of thunderstorms and the monster under her bed, but never really darkness, spiders or the likes of it. Maybe, she wasn't a real human ? It could be an explanation. But a rather bad one, really. ”It has to be a spider! Or we can find a vampire or something and make it bite you... But they are pretty deadly, y'know?” she teased and let out another tiny giggle. ”Good call” she then said with a wink in Mika's direction. The whole idea did seem to find it's end when they had to admit that fighting skills were a must and to be honest: The two girls were not exactly the most buff or ninja-ish people on the planet. When Mika found another way for them to be awesome, Emi laughed out loud and nodded. ”You are absolutely right, darling! But one thing: Who of us is the Robin and who is the John?” she asked with an arched eyebrow and a smile.
Emi got up on her feet and looked curiously at the girl she had only just met but already felt pretty good being around. ”Where are we supposed to go?” she asked and looked around her in the surroundings.
